My recent stay at the Arilla was a delightful experience, particularly from a culinary perspective. One morning, I savored a flaky puff pastry with leeks that still lingers in my memory. The on-site restaurant provided an inviting ambiance that beckoned for leisurely meals. I found the attention to detail in the menu impressive, especially the innovative twists on traditional dishes. After exploring local beaches, the hotel bar served refreshing beverages that perfectly concluded my day. Despite the furniture being a bit dated, it was functional and comfortable. The staff were attentive and willing to assist, making the stay feel personal and welcoming. As a marine biologist, I appreciate venues that prioritize local sourcing, and Arilla does just that, creating a sense of authentic connection to the surrounding environment.
